Freezing Moo Rolling Ice Cream is, well, on a roll.
The Overland, Kansas-based brand is riding atop the wave of popularity of Thai-style rolled ice cream that has been sweeping across America. The emerging brand has a proven model, is expansion-minded, and in search of the right franchise partners to help them grow.

Employees pour sweetened whole milk over the steel square tops, mixing in fruit and other toppings as they use two spatulas to dice and chop the icy creation into a flat shape.
Once frozen, employees scrape off rows of ice cream across the edge of the surface. The rolls curl into cylinders that are tucked into a house-made waffle cone bowl all inside a serving cup. The brand offers 18 different flavor bases to choose from, including favorites like strawberry cheesecake and cookie monster. After it’s all rolled up and tucked into the cup, customers can even add toppings like cookies, fruits, candies, chocolates, cereals, and sauces. Everything at Freezing Moo is prepared using only fresh milk, cream, cane sugar, and fruit – never chemicals or preservatives.
Each Freezing Moo shop is equipped with cameras with live feeds that show not only the way the ice cream is being made, but also reveal the faces of the customers taking it all in. The brand’s unique “selfie walls” and “selfie stations” allow customers to print out photos of themselves in the shop and tape them to a giant wall.
