Taco Bill is a proudly Australian owned company with over 40 years experience serving traditional Mexican food. All food is prepared in their kitchens from the finest and freshest ingredients available and is free from artificial colours or preservatives.
The company's beginnings were simple, with its founder (Taco) Bill Chilcote, coming to Australia in 1967 from the border of Mexico and California with just a corn grinder and a tortilla machine. Bill started producing tortillas and corn chips and opened the first Taco Bill Mexican restaurant on Queensland's Gold Coast before heading south, opening firstly in Bondi, Sydney and next at Armadale in Melbourne.
