Founded in 2002 and headquartered in the Mandarin area of Jacksonville, Fla., Yoga Den offers “all-levels” classes. The popular Mind Body yoga, as well as the high energy, athletic class Sun Power, both created by Alyson Foreacre, are designed with an eclectic blend of styles and lineages. With a post-traditional philosophy of “let the shape conform to you, not the other way around,” Yoga Den has always fostered a no-judgement attitude and encourages students to listen to their bodies.
