Father and Son Open New Potbelly Unit

As part of a 15-shop development agreement, father-son duo Barry and Remington Burke of Burke Restaurant Group recently opened their new Potbelly shop in the Eldorado Neighborhood Shops near the intersection of Eldorado Parkway and Stonebridge Drive in McKinney, Texas.

The pair have decades of combined experience in multi-unit restaurant operations, franchising, and entrepreneurship. The Burkes plan to bring Potbelly to additional neighborhoods across North and East Texas.

"West McKinney has such a strong sense of community and a lot of energy around its growth, making it a natural fit for Potbelly," Remington Burke said. "We're looking forward to opening our doors and bringing residents and the local workforce together over great food and good vibes. Our team is ready to welcome longtime Potbelly fans and first-time guests alike with the craveable food, friendly service, and neighborhood-driven atmosphere that define Potbelly."

To celebrate the opening, Potbelly will host a celebration from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Sept. 19. There will be a Spin the Wheel activity with chances to win Potbelly merchandise and other giveaways, including up to 50 free Potbelly-for-a-year prizes.
