Area Representative On His Way To 10 Stores

Area Representative On His Way To 10 Stores

Aaron Marley has brought Biggby Coffee to South Carolina. The area representative and multi-unit operator has stores in Summerville, North Charleston, and Goose Creek, SC, and there's more on the horizon.

Marley has plans to develop 10 stores in the next 5 years by teaming up with existing and new owner/operators. He's even looking to expand into the Columbia area, a market currently untapped by the brand. Biggby Coffee has more than 270 cafes open or under contract across ten states including Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, South Carolina, Wisconsin, Kentucky, Florida, Texas, and New Jersey.

After more than a decade with Biggby Coffee, Marley says he's learned how to get the word out and promote his stores. "Overcoming adversity and learning how to handle an objection allows you to create a fanatic," he says. "These fanatics open up to you, feel comfortable, and then tell others about you...which creates new fanatics."

As for his growth plans, Marley says, "This is not a sprint it's a marathon and we're in this for the long haul. We can't wait to add more owner/operators to the Biggby family and we're on our way!"
