Batteries Plus multi-unit franchisee Danny Moos is ready to expand. He’s just signed a new agreement with the brand that will see him open ten more stores throughout Nevada and Utah markets. For Moos, who also owns several UPS stores, the move was simply the next step to expanding his current portfolio of six Batteries Plus locations. He currently operates five stores in the Las Vegas market and recently opened another in Texas.

"We like businesses that have a multi-faceted approach where there is retail and commercial component," Moos explained. "Most impressive is that everyone at Batteries Plus we came into contact with, starting with the franchisees, all the way up to the most senior levels of the organization and meeting with people on the investor side are all very, very classy people."

Moos’ new stores will be in Las Vegas, Henderson, and Mesquite, Nevada, along with Cottonwood Heights/Sandy, Bountiful, Ogden, Spanish Form, Farmington, Tooele, and Logan, Utah. The first, in the Northwest Las Vegas area, is set to open by July of 2022.
