Mega Church's Chicken Operator Remodeling Texas Stores

Ampler Chicken LLC is the third largest Church's Chicken franchisee. Late last year the company picked up 70 Church's Chicken locations in a refranchising deal for the formerly company-owned stores. Now the operator is taking the wraps off the first of the brand's STAR Image Design remodels on some of its Texas stores.

The first store with the remodel is in San Antonio, more will debut throughout May and June. Ampler Chicken's Director of Operations Roger Menchaca is a restaurant industry veteran with years of experience in operations.

"The San Antonio market is our first STAR Image remodeling, with many more to come in the future, Ampler Chicken LLC, is dedicated to growing the Church's brand," said Menchaca. "We want to ensure that our San Antonio community knows that we are proud in investing, and that we will continue to get more deeply involved in the neighborhoods around our restaurants locations to ensure success into the businesses and be a job creator in the community."

The STAR Image Design look includes Church's latest interior seating options, new exterior design and color palettes, and contemporary lighting inside and out.

Next up for a makeover for Menchaca and his crew will be a Church's Chicken in Aransas Pass.
