Operator To Open 3 Brands In New Strip Mall

Multi-brand franchisee Paresh Suthar is preparing to open a new strip mall in Danville, Virginia next spring that will include a Which Wich, Pie Five Pizza, and an Edible location. Details were revealed along with his new agreement with Edible.

“I was looking for an opportunity that would diversify my portfolio and positively contribute to the Danville community as I set plans to build a new strip mall,” said Suthar. “Edible was the perfect brand to join as I have always been a fan of the concept and from an owner’s standpoint, the omni-channel services and the robust product offerings make for an ideal investment. I’m looking forward to joining the Edible community and launching into ownership with a brand that has a model proven for success.”

Suthar has more than three decades of business operating experience, his brands include Super 8 hotel, Pie Five Pizza, and Which Wich as well as the Cavalier Pharmacare in Martinsville.
