The Envelope Please...Top Multi-Unit Franchisees Recognized as MVP's

Just like in professional sports, a Most Valuable Player award is carefully and selectively bestowed on only a handful of the very best players. These players are unique and possess a drive to perform and win that goes beyond what most of their contemporaries can muster. This is the kind of individual selected annually for the Multi-Unit Franchisee Magazine MVP Awards.

The magazine has just announced the winners for 2011. Each of these winners is a successful franchisee who has demonstrated outstanding performance in building their businesses, growing their brands, and serving their communities.

	Zane Tankel CEO for Apple-Metro and franchisee for Applebee's Neighborhood Grill & Bar.
	Greg Thomas President of Baci/Parkside Ventures and franchisee for Great Clips and Smoothie King.
	Kevin Hatton Owner of the Second Alarm Restaurant Group and franchisee for Firehouse Subs.
	Gary and Sally Myers Owners of BMW Management, Inc., and franchisee for Sizzler.
	John Scharnweber COO of Classic Restaurants and franchisee for Ground Round and Denny's.

The MVP award winners will be profiled in an upcoming issue of Multi-Unit Franchisee Magazine and honored at a special session of the Multi-Unit Franchising Conference on Thursday, April 28 at The Venetian in Las Vegas.
