Zaxby's Partners Open Sixth Restaurant With Plans For More
Zaxby's multi-unit operators Roger Wilson and Thomas Pugh are expanding again with their newest location in Covington, Tennessee. The duo's latest restaurant opened this week with drive-thru and curbside pick-up only, with the dining room set to open later in accordance with state and federal guidance. For now they will offer online ordering and plan to work closely with third-party delivery vendors to meet customer demand.
"We're thrilled to bring Zaxby's indescribably delicious Chicken Fingerz and Wings to Covington," said Pugh. "We offer highly efficient drive-thru service, and there will also be a number of designated parking spots on-site for customers who want to order ahead online or via Zaxby's app."
Wilson and Pugh have been franchisees with the brand since 2007 and operate five other Zaxby's locations in Jackson and Lexington, Tennessee and Madison, Mississippi.
Zaxby's has more than 900 locations in 17 states and is headquartered in Athens, Georgia.
