Born in 2016 from the belief that simplicity and natural ingredients yield the most indulgent treats, Bang Cookies was founded by former tech startup aficionado George Kuan. What began as a small operation at a San Francisco farmer's market quickly relocated to Jersey City, NJ, where its organic, handcrafted cookies became a local sensation.

With a commitment to all-natural ingredients and gourmet indulgence, Bang Cookies opened its first storefront in Jersey City in 2018. The brand has since grown to six locations across New Jersey, New York, and the mid-Atlantic region, with more in development.
