Founded in 2007 and franchising since 2015, BeBalanced is a franchise of non-medical, Holistic centers, helping women lead their best lives through natural solutions to stubborn weight, PMS and menopausal symptoms. Today, there are 22 boutiques open and operating throughout Maryland, Texas, Minnesota, Florida, New York, Arizona and Virginia.

Franchise History

BeBalanced launched in 2007 when Dawn Cutillo, through her position in corporate wellness, noticed the struggle for women over 35 to lose weight, even with strict diet and exercise plans. Cutillo’s own struggles pushed her to partner with a naturopathic doctor and chemist to research the impact of hormones on weight and other women-centric health issues, which led her to creating the concept of “natural hormone balancing” and opening her own wellness center for women. In 2010, she expanded on the center’s services to cover weight loss as well. Dawn continued running her wellness center until 2014, when her brother David Cutillo saw the great work she was doing and wanted to get involved. The siblings changed the name of her first center to BeBalanced Hormone Weight Loss Centers and started a franchise company with Dave as CEO.
