About Garlo's Pies
Garlo's Pies offers premium quality, better tasting pies, which have more meat and less fat. The restaurant and café business has established itself as a manufacturing, retail, wholesale and franchise business in the food industry.
In 1991 Nathan Garlick commenced his apprenticeship as a Pastry Cook at a family owned pie shop in the South Eastern suburbs of Sydney . Nathan mastered his craft and in December 2000 joined forces with father Terry and brother Sean, to develop the Garlo's Pie retail and wholesale concept. Using the nickname of their surname (Garlo) the first store was opened on Anzac Parade Maroubra Junction in March 2001.
