Granite Garage Floors is a home improvement franchise concept under the Threshold Brands umbrella offering a proven model of installing industrial epoxy coating systems on residential and commercial concrete surfaces with a primary focus on garage floors and other related concrete surfaces, that when installed “Look and Last Like Granite.” The name Granite Garage Floors represents the look, quality and longevity of the coating system that the company installs. The brand’s goal remains the same today as it was in 2009, which is to bring a white-collar professional experience to what has been a historically blue-collar fragmented business. 

Franchise History

We opened our first location in South Florida in 2009, followed by Atlanta in 2010.
