Franchise History

Kendlebell Ltd was established in July 1997 with private venture capital to become the UK's leading telephone answering service franchise. We are proud to be Full Members of the British Franchising Association, something that only Kendlebell can boast in our industry. Over the last 10 years Kendlebell has built the single largest network of personal telephone answering service centres in the UK and Ireland. Unlike most call centres where vast open plan offices accommodate huge numbers of operators and callers are highly unlikely to ever speak to the same person twice, Kendlebell's Call Centre is distributed across the whole of the UK with over TWENTY offices currently open and two more in the process of being set up ready to open in the next few months. Plus, Kendlebell now operates in the Republic of Ireland, with offices in Dublin.
