After discovering his passion for home improvement while owning his first painting LLC, Nick Lopez founded LIME Painting in 2013 to set the standard of excellence in painting high-end residential and commercial properties. 

Franchise History

LIME's founder Nick Lopez started painting in 2008 as a way to pay his way through college and stumbled on a niche in the high end paint space. Initially, LIME started as a painting company but after working for custom property owners it became apparent that custom properties have many surfaces that each need their own coating. To better serve LIME's niche, LIME's services span across 40 different services within the painting, coatings, and surface restoration spaces. LIME was founded in 2008 in Denver, CO, began franchising in 2018.
