Fresh Enterprises Hires Two New Franchise Directors to Accelerate Franchise Expansion

Mr. Thomas Grady and Mr. Gene Savage Will Have Critical Roles in Helping Baja Fresh and La Salsa Accelerate Franchise Expansion

THOUSAND OAKS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--California-based Fresh Enterprises announced today it has hired Thomas Grady and Gene Savage as Directors of franchise development. Mr. Grady and Mr. Savage both bring many years of experience in helping organizations grow through franchise development.

Both gentlemen bring the knowledge and background to assist in the accelerated growth of the franchise portion of our business based on the high demand for both concepts," says James Walker, Chief Development officer for Baja Fresh and La Salsa restaurants.

Both Mr. Grady and Mr. Savage will be developing and opening locations for both Baja Fresh and La Salsa restaurants within the commercial and non-commercial segment. Mr. Grady and Mr. Savage have over twenty years of food service sales experience with Baskin-Robbins, Dunkin Donuts and Edible Arrangements. Initially both gentlemen will target New York City, Atlanta, Washington DC, and Chicago.
