MARLBORO, MD (PRWEB) September 13, 2017 - During his 25 years in the military and his time as a missionary, Dr. Richard Schnitker found he had a passion for helping people succeed and live better lives. Now he’s excited to put that passion to use again with his new business and sales coaching business, The Growth Coach of Marlboro Maryland.

Schnitker has a long background in leadership. He served in the U.S. Army as a Command Sergeant Major, Military Police Corp, for 25 years and was deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom One. He has a doctorate degree in Leadership and Management and has worked as a security project manager, executive director of a non-profit, security shift supervisor at Harley-Davidson York, PA, and the manager of one the largest outdoor recreation centers in the Air Force. He and his wife, Loryann, also served as missionaries following his military service.
