PrideStaff Named to Franchise Times® Top 500 Ranking for Fourth Consecutive Year

October 03, 2022 // Franchising.com // PrideStaff is pleased to announce that it ranked #210 on the exclusive 2022 Franchise Times® Top 500 list. This is the fourth consecutive year PrideStaff has made this exclusive list, first entering at #237 in 2019.

The Top 500 is backed by more than 20 years of research and combines companies’ voluntary reports with publicly available data. Based on global systemwide sales, this annual list is the culmination of a five-month research and reporting effort that yields a truly objective ranking of the 500 largest U.S.-based franchise systems. To qualify, a company must be a legal U.S. franchise, and franchisees must own at least 15% of the company’s total units. The company must also be based in the U.S., or have at least 10% of its total units in the U.S.

“Making the Franchise Times’ list for a fourth consecutive year is a sign of our organization’s robust health in any economic and employment market condition,” said PrideStaff Senior VP of Franchise Development, Paula Pizarro, CFE. “In a time of rapid change and continuing uncertainty, organizations need flexible solutions to quickly adapt, mitigate risk, staff intelligently and capitalize on opportunities. Our workforce and hiring solutions are customized to help employers achieve these objectives.”

“By listening to employers, functioning as true business advisors and living our corporate Mission to ‘Consistently provide client experiences focused on what they value most,’ the teams in each of PrideStaff’s offices are indispensable partners to our clients,” continued Pizarro.

According to ClearlyRated, a business intelligence firm specializing in the staffing industry, PrideStaff earned a client Net Promoter® Score (NPS) as high or higher than other well-known brands such as Southwest Airlines and Netflix. NPS is computed by subtracting a firm’s detractors from its promoters.
