The Concept - Pasta Your Way™ This is a place where you design your own pasta. First, you choose the pasta you love from their selection of pastas. Then you choose your sauce from their home-made sauces (all their sauce recipes are proprietary and based on California-style, Italian-inspired original recipes). Next, choose your protein from an array of meats and fish. Then choose your toppings from a variety of fresh vegetables and cheeses. They will cook your own pasta creation in front of you, YOUR WAY! Everyone gets what they crave: they provide an endless number of combinations that appeal to health conscious diners, meat lovers, vegetarians, gluten free diets, kids, and those that are simply "craving a great pasta".

Franchise History

Established in 2008, Pastalini was created out of the love of homemade food. The Pastalini menu is designed around high-quality, fresh, and healthy ingredients in made-from-scratch dishes. Their specialty pastas are crafted in house using their Italian pasta-making machine. All the sauces and spice blends are proprietary and made fresh daily in California-style, and Italian-inspired original recipes. Pastalini, is Pasta Your Way, every guest delights in seeing their meal prepared in front of them and to their exact liking in a fun and friendly atmosphere. Although Pastalini's flagship location has been open and thriving for the past eight (8) years, they have recently launched as a franchisor in hopes to meet the demand and interest they received to grow the Pastalini brand. Their vision is to grow and expand the Pastalini fast-casual restaurant concept across the nation by providing excellent support and guidance to their franchisees and by offering their customers a healthy and delicious meal made their way, along with a great experience and impeccable customer service at every visit.
