Bonchon is a global brand known for our traditional Korean Fried Chicken. Bonchon means “my hometown” and we bring that hometown flavor to every city. We’re passionate about providing our guests authentic, extra crispy fried chicken, hand-brushed with our signature sauces and a variety of pan-Asian dishes.
Business History
Bonchon opened in 2002 in Busan, South Korea by our founder Mr. Seo. The first U.S. location opened in 2006 in New York and has grown to over 350 locations across the world and in 8 different countries.
