Another Broken Egg Cafe Carries Record-Setting Momentum Into Final Quarter of 2022

“We’ve been very encouraged by the sales performance of the new and remodeled cafes,” says Chief Development Officer Jeff Sturgis. “A renewed emphasis on alcohol sales and off-premise business in addition to the refreshed brand experience has certainly also been part of it.”
According to studies from Allied Market Research, the global breakfast food market size is projected to reach $729.5 billion by 2030, for a compound annual growth rate of 6.3% from 2021 to 2030. In an effort to further distance Another Broken Egg Cafe in the growing brunch segment, the brand continually implements menu innovations to drive both first time and repeat visits. As an example, a recent seasonal launch was the Rum Cake French Toast, which the culinary team suggests pairing with their Spiked Pecan Praline Cold Brew.
