Celebree School Revs Up for More Franchise Growth
Early childhood education leader Celebree School is setting the stage for its next phase of super-charged growth.
Celebree School, with 26 corporate schools, eight franchise locations open, and more than 80 licenses under development, continues to build momentum for strategic expansion as a national brand backed by experienced leadership and a strong foundation.
The mission-based brand is bolstering its support for growth with the construction of a new corporate headquarters set to open next year in Nottingham, Maryland.
The spacious 25,000-square-foot state-of-the-art facility will enhance operational efficiency and productivity for the fast-growing franchise and serve as a central hub for Celebree's team of brands: Celebree School, Caliday School Age Programs, and Celebree Enterprise.
It's all part of Celebree founder Richard Huffman's ongoing investment pledge to position franchise owners for success and large-scale growth.
"We are at a pivotal moment in Celebree's growth journey to 150 schools in the next three years and believe this new corporate headquarters will support our strategic franchise expansion priorities by creating an environment designed for innovation and collaboration," says Huffman, CEO of Celebree School.
Celebree School was founded in 1994 to help families raise independent, thoughtful, eager-to-learn youngsters. Franchising since 2019, the brand has never wavered from its mantra to Grow People Big and Small™. Celebree School stands alone with a strong culture, solid systems, and a proven business model rooted in 25-plus years of experience as a leader in early childhood education for infants, preschool, and school-age children.
Franchise owners like Britt McKenzie are embracing the brand as the right fit that checks all the boxes for sustained success—both personally and financially.
"The Celebree franchise team was a homerun from the first time I met them," McKenzie says. "I was from the corporate world. I wanted a small company. I wanted a family-like company and to be involved in the community. It was check, check, check instantly. I have been so thrilled to be a part of this team. It's a no-brainer."
As the Celebree School franchise grows, Huffman says the brand is concentrating efforts in these key areas:
-Developmental support, including real estate, construction, and project management.
-A corporate staff to help franchise owners hire the right team to staff their schools.
-Operational oversight is designed to protect the brand, drive results, and ensure long-term franchisee success.
Franchisees can count on superb corporate support.
"We prioritize the success of our franchisees in the communities they serve. If we are successful, they are successful," Huffman says. "We always do the right thing, so we are the brand that all people – whether staff, franchisees, vendors, or customers – want to be a part of."
As franchise expansion continues to surge, Celebree School looks to expand with single and multi-unit franchise owners who have a passion for early childhood education, are engaged in their community, and want to make a difference. The Celebree School leadership team sees vast growth opportunities in key markets across Texas, Florida, Georgia, North and South Carolina, Virginia, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Ohio.
With an initial franchise fee of $50,000, entrepreneurs can expect to open a school within 18 months, on average, after signing.
"Celebree has been there with great support at every step," says franchise owner Ashish Patel. "The key is leadership. Second is a system; third, they want to give back to the community. In this system, you are a person, not just one of the numbers."
