Meghan Pfenninger is an executive with The Mattiacio Group and has been with the company for more than 11 years serving in multiple roles, including Customer Service, Outside Sales, and Accounting. These roles exposed her to all aspects of being a franchisee with Ziebart. Today, she heads up the HR Department for The Mattiacio Group where she works on corporate health and wellness programs.
We asked Pfenninger to tell us more about becoming a franchisee and the benefits of franchising with Ziebart.
How did you end up at Ziebart?
I came to work at Ziebart because my father, Tony Mattiacio, has owned and operated franchise locations since the early 1980’s, so it’s always been a part of my life. I like to say it’s in our family's DNA.
How does the brand continue to provide franchisees with resources after you open your first location?
Ziebart continues to grow and adapt with us. Their support is never too far away, and they continue to help us train, market and advertise, and reach our goal in expanding by attending and helping support us at and during our new store grand opening events.
What would you say to someone who is considering franchising with Ziebart?
Absolutely pursue this. As with any new business decision, you need to determine if you and your financial situation are ready and capable of a long-term business commitment. Ziebart has a proven successful operational strategy and the brand awareness is by far the best!
What else is great about being a franchisee with Ziebart?
Other than the obvious amazing income, the ongoing support from corporate!
What are your future growth plans with Ziebart?
Our future growth plans are to continue to expand, expand, expand! We sell very needed products year round and we want to be able to give our communities the option to keep their vehicles looking amazing for a very long time while providing them long term relationships and service excellence with our Ziebart team.
