Teriyaki Madness Franchise Overview

We love the concept, simplicity of the menu, it blends delicious, fresh, and healthy. The TMAD team with its end-to-end support from training, opening, and business reviews creates a WIN-WIN relationship! Plus we want to make a difference in our community and for our employees to build a career!

In 5 years, I just want to continue to grow and make sure we are having a good, steady annual growth, and that we grow smart. Teriyaki Madness is the one we plan to spend more time growing. This is why we picked it—it’s a great opportunity to grow in bigger markets. In 10 years, the same thing: grow smart. I never plan to retire. I have my freedom. I’m not tied to a desk job. We just opened another Little General store in Fairmont, West Virginia with an Arby’s on one side and a Teriyaki Madness on the other. We’re going to be spending a lot of time growing Teriyaki Madness. It’s a great brand and opportunity for us.

About Teriyaki Madness

WARNING: HIGHLY ADDICTIVE! Teriyaki Madness is a fast casual Asian Teriyaki Shop serving up huge bowls of awesomeness! Through years of mastering marinating, grilling, and wok-ing, we make bowls that are as hearty and delicious as they are healthy. Our bowls are customizable and are always made when you order. Choose fresh, marinated, grilled chicken, steak, salmon or tofu, then a base choice of white rice, brown rice, fried rice or yakisoba noodles, and all our bowls include fresh, stir-fried or steamed veggies! Our sauces are made from scratch with the best ingredients and most of our menu is gluten-free.  Some people call us crazy. We say anything less would be Madness.

Franchise History

There's a reason Teriyaki Shops are found everywhere in Seattle; teriyaki is fast, delicious, and healthy. The founder's love affair with teriyaki started in Seattle as students, then was brought home to Las Vegas in 2003 to see if it would work in a totally different market. It wasn't long before they had built a community of raving fans and average unit volumes (AUV) over a million dollars. In 2012, after proving the business model, with 7 open shops, Teriyaki Madness began building its community of Teriyaki Shop Owners and food fanatics nationwide. With success across the country, we took TMAD to the next level. TMAD is spreading fast and now operates in 27+ states, 3 countries and has 120+ open shops.
