Franchise History

Like most entrepreneurs, workout enthusiasts and best friends Ariana Chernin and Jillian Lorenz felt that they could do it better. Their traditional workout regimens were missing something. That something, they decided, was supporting women to feel great about themselves from the inside out. What if a workout included motivation based on empowerment and not fear or body shaming?  The Barre Code’s is proof that there was a deeper relationship to be had between mind, body, and spirit.
