The low-price concept is driven by the low overhead produced by their concrete floors, lack of elaborate tile displays, small staff (2-3 employees) and simple approach to conducting business. Their corporate headquarters and primary warehouse of imported product is located in Rancho Cordova, California and as of June 2005 they have opened a 12,000 square foot facility in Portland, OR to better serve their franchisees in the Pacific Northwest. Tile Outlet Always In Stock® has been actively selling franchises since 2002. Their successful approach to selling tile and granite countertops has created a strong demand for franchises. Their extensive training allows non-tile entrepreneurs with business minds to run an operation that can be very lucrative.
