Duo Open Their 10th Capriotti's in Non-traditional Location

Capriotti's Sandwich Shop franchise partners Thomas Gourley and Corey Melendrez are a power duo who have built a solid stable of 10 Capriotti's in 10 years. Their newest store is in a non-traditional location in Henderson, Nevada, outside Las Vegas.

The duo's milestone location opened this week in the newly-constructed, $10 million Railroad Pass Travel Center near the Railroad Pass Hotel and Casino in Henderson.

"My partner, Corey and I, are thrilled to be celebrating our tenth year with Capriotti's," said Gourley. "We've loved seeing how much the brand has evolved over the last decade while still keeping the same recipes and values we all know and love. We can't wait to continue our journey and share the Capriotti's experience with Henderson locals and travelers alike."

Gourley and Melendrez have an extensive background in the food and beverage industry and have worked together for the past 20 years. They fell in love with Capriotti's the first time they tried it and opened their first unit in 2008.
