Multi-Brand Franchisee Opens Another Walk-On's Sports Bistreaux

DBMC Restaurants, LLC, is bringing a new Walk-On’s Sports Bistreaux to the Tallahassee, Florida, market this week. The multi-unit, multi-brand operator is no stranger to growth having just signed a deal last month to open 30 MOD Pizza locations in the Southeast. DBMC Restaurants is not new to the Walk-On’s Sports Bistreaux brand and also operates Santa Fe Cattle Company and Cody’s Original Roadhouse locations.

“We couldn’t be more excited to introduce Walk-On’s Cajun cuisine to Tallahassee,” said Jason Gisclair, president of DBMC Restaurants. “The new restaurant is in a great location, at the intersection of I-10 and Capital Circle NE, and we’ve hired 200 incredible All-American team members that’ll join us in serving the community. We’re confident that Walk-On’s will be a great fit in the wonderful city of Tallahassee.”

Walk-On’s Sports Bistreaux is known for its signature Louisiana-inspired menu served up in a game-day atmosphere. DBMC Restaurants’ new Walk-On’s location is the third restaurant the brand has in Florida and brings the franchisor up to 48 locations systemwide.
