Multi-Brand Operator Opens 8th Del Taco Location

Michigan, including Applebee’s, Olga’s Kitchen, MOD Pizza, Del Taco, and Wendy's. The company is growing again by opening its eighth Del Taco location, this time in Taylor, Michigan.

“We are thrilled to continue on our journey of expanding the Del Taco footprint here in the Detroit area with the official opening of our eighth of several more planned locations,” said Mark Schostak, owner and executive chairman of Team Schostak Family Restaurants. “Since opening our first location in the Detroit area in 2005, we’ve felt the love from the community and are looking forward to providing another convenient location closer to the beautiful town of Taylor.”

Team Schostak Family Restaurants has a long history of franchising in Michigan, starting with Burger King in the 1980s. The company made news in 2019 by purchasing 56 Wendy’s locations in Michigan. Today the company’s portfolio consists of dozens of locations with Applebee’s, Olga’s Kitchen, MOD Pizza, Del Taco, and Wendy's.
