Operators Sign 4-Unit Deal with Urban Air Adventure Park
Franchise partners Milan Dalsania and Ashish Javia are all set to bring four new Urban Air Adventure Park locations to Pennsylvania.
Dalsania has been a multi-unit franchisee with Dunkin’ Donuts and Planet Fitness and has more than 15 years of franchising experience. He opened his first Dunkin’ Donuts in 2006 and eventually grew to 8 locations. He also operates 4 Planet Fitness gyms throughout Pennsylvania. He said he was looking for a brand his family could be a part of when he found Urban Air. He liked what he saw with the growing brand and decided to sell his Dunkin’ Donuts locations and sign on with Urban Air.
“After working in both the restaurant and fitness industries, the decision to invest in Urban Air was easy as it’s proven to be successful and promising as a long-term business,” said Dalsania. “I’m so grateful to be a part of a family-focused brand that my kids can now enjoy.”
Dalsania and Javia currently own and operate an Urban Air location in Lancaster, Pennsylvania which opened in July. The new agreement will see them open parks in Harrisburg, Easton, and Scranton.
Urban Air Adventure Park is part of the Unleashed Brands portfolio.
