Pizza Hut Franchisee Adds Dave's Hot Chicken To Portfolio

Tyler Freeland, Todd Hollman, and Matt Fortney own and operate 45 Pizza Hut restaurants in northeast and central Indiana. A new agreement with Dave’s Hot Chicken will see the trio bring 28 locations of the Nashville hot chicken concept to Indiana and Ohio.

It’s one of the many factors that made the franchise opportunity so intriguing,” said Tyler Freeland. “There’s a wealth of potential in these markets to grow Dave’s Hot Chicken and our team is excited to tap into it.”

The group is expected to add 15 Dave’s Hot Chicken locations in Indiana, including Indianapolis, Fort Wayne, Muncie, Lafayette, and Bloomington. They’ll hit the Ohio market with 13 locations in the Columbus area.
