Slim Chickens Multi-Unit Operator Opens New Location In Utah

Multi-unit operator Mile High Chicken LLC just opened another Slim Chickens restaurant, this time in Herriman, Utah. The operator has an extensive portfolio, having successfully launched 23 restaurants across various segments. The new Slim Chickens marks Mile High Chicken’s 24th restaurant and is the fourth brick and mortar Slim Chickens’ location opened by the company. The multi-unit franchisee is set to open a total of 30 Slim Chickens, with four more locations scheduled to open in 2021.

The Slim Chickens “better-chicken” brand now has more than 100 locations in the US, Kuwait, and the UK.
