Based on an old family recipe and first sold in 1978, BeaverTails pastries are a unique and delicious whole-wheat treat, hand-stretched to resemble the tail of a beaver. Float-cooked on high quality canola oil, BeaverTails pastries are served hot and topped with 10 different options, including ‘Classic Cinnamon & Sugar’ and ‘Triple Trip’ (chocolate hazelnut spread, Reese’s Pieces and peanut butter) – to satisfy indulgences of all tastes. From its beginnings in Ottawa, BeaverTails has expanded to a franchise network of 100 store locations across Canada, with growing numbers of locations in the US and around the world. Headquartered in Montreal, BeaverTails has been majority-owned and operated by Pino Di Ioia, Anthony Di Ioia and Tina Serrao since 2009.
