House of Colour has been providing the premier personal Color and Style Analysis program since 1985. House of Colour stylists, also known as Curators of Confidence, receive comprehensive and thorough training, enabling them to work with clients either individually or in small groups. House of Colour believes in celebrating individuality and instilling confidence in clients. Their aim is to assist clients in building a sustainable wardrobe that not only looks great but also empowers them to embrace their authentic selves. To achieve this, House of Colour stylists offer a combination of two initial appointments - a Color Analysis and a Style Analysis. The combo of these two appointments provides clients with customized guidelines and information they can use to shop better for their lifestyle and budget, streamline getting ready, minimize shopping stress and feel confident that what they're buying compliments their unique features. House of Colour image consultants are lifelong resources for clients, and offer a range of services beyond the initial appointments, including closet cleanouts, personal shopping, Advanced Colour, bridal appointments, and customized appointments for all of life's events and transitions. 

Franchise History

House of Colour has been offering the best personal Color and Style analysis since the mid 1980’s.  Leading Image Consultant in the U.K., Carolyn Miller, recognized that while easy to understand, the basic four-season framework on its own was too rigid, inflexible and not sufficient to provide each client with an individual color analysis that was both representative of their best colors and easy to use. Carolyn evolved the system further to introduce the flexibility required to honor individual skin tones and the House of Colour system was created. The London-based U.K. company became a franchisor and developed the highest standards of practice and training growing a network of franchisees with exclusive areas in the U.K.  In 2008 the company was bought from the retiring Directors by 4 existing U.K. franchisees, including current Chair of the Board Helen Venables, and the dream to franchise in the USA was born!
