About Iron Tribe Fitness

Iron Tribe Fitness provides expert individualized coaching to group classes, as well as fully customized semi-private personal training options. The 45-minute functional training group classes are limited to 16 participants, taught by at least one highly-trained coach, and change each day. The hands-on, semi-private training (5-person sessions) customize every aspect of one’s fitness and nutrition journey. Both offerings are aimed at taking one's strength, conditioning and skill to the next level.

Franchise History

In 2008, fitness industry veteran Forrest Walden converted his garage into a gym for him and his friends. Not before long, he was hooked on the power of a tight community – a tribe that works together and pushes each other to be better in all aspects of life. He opened his first Iron Tribe Fitness gym in Homewood, Alabama in 2010, and started offering franchise opportunities in 2012.
