Phenix Salon Suites is the fastest growing "Salon Suite' concept in the US. The company began expanding in 2012 and opened 26 new locations in 2012. The company has 75 new locations that will open during 2013 and over 300 locations are currently scheduled to be opened in the next couple of years. The rapid growth of Phenix Salon Suites has been through the "Salon Community". The Phenix Salon Suites difference is in truly understanding the Salon Professional and what they go through on a daily basis. After all, the founder of Phenix Salon Suites (Gina Rivera) still works in a suite several days a week as a Hair Dresser. A deep love and passion for the "Salon Industry" and truly caring for every Salon Professional that is part of the Phenix Salon Suites family is what they are about. Phenix Salon Suites was founded by a family of Salon Professionals with over 75 years of experience in the Salon Industry. Salon Professionals used to only have two choices to provide their services to customers. One was to work on a commission basis and take home about 40% of their earnings or to work under a booth rent situation and still answer to a Salon Owner. Phenix Salon Suites pioneered a new vision in Colorado Springs, CO in 2007 and that was to give Salon Professionals the opportunity to run their own Salon Business at a fraction of the cost it takes to open a full fledge salon and for about the same amount that Salon Professionals pay for "Booth Rent". The concept was an immediate success and the founders began to expand their locations.
