Founded in 2012, RockSalt Pilates is a modern, music-driven Pilates brand that takes traditional Pilates and turns up the volume. RockSalt combines Pilates precision with cardio, resistance training, weights and high-energy music to create a full-body workout that is challenging, motivating and fun. Classes are choreographed to the beat in bright, fully lit studios where movement, music and community come together.
