Slater's 50/50 was founded in 2009 in Anaheim Hills, California by Scott Slater, a Southern California native was a passion for all things burgers, bacon, and beer. Over the last decade, the brand has evolved from being known for their original 50/50 burger patty - made with 50% ground bacon and 50% ground beef - into a 'rebel gastropub' concept with an inconceivably 'slaterized' menu that masterfully combines everyday ingredients in an unexpected, creative, and unique way.
