Experienced Operator Signs Multi-Unit Deal With Crisp & Green Brand
Blake Graves is familiar with franchising. The second-generation businessman is part of a family that operates more than 100 Domino’s locations throughout the country. Now he has decided to step out on his own to bring multiple locations of the upstart Crisp & Green restaurant brand to the state of Minnesota. The Minnesota-based brand is a wellness-driven restaurant chain that offers salads, grain bowls, soups, and smoothies.
“Crisp & Green was unlike any QSR I had previously been to and was an option that I had seen lacking in not only my daily life but the daily life of those around me,” said Graves. “The team at Crisp & Green truly is what makes this brand stand apart. From my first meeting, I knew that they not only believed in the product and values that they were promoting but actually lived a life surrounded by health and wellness. What you see in the stores is curated and lived out in every way.”
Graves will join former NBA and University of Minnesota basketball player Kris Humphries in building out the state for Crisp & Green. Humphries is already operating his first of 6 locations on the University of Minnesota campus in Dinkytown. Together they will grow the brand to 14 locations throughout Minnesota. Plans call for both Graves and Humphries to build multiple stores during 2019.
Crisp & Green is a concept that prepares and serves fresh, healthy food while also offering free community fitness and wellness events to help promote a healthy lifestyle beyond the kitchen.
