Multi-Unit Operator Adds Zaxby's Restaurant in Tallahassee

Danny DeMersseman opened his newest Zaxby’s location this week in Tallahassee, Florida. The veteran operator now owns 9 of the QSR brand’s restaurants.

“We are very excited to have the opportunity to bring another Zaxby’s to the Tallahassee area and are grateful to our loyal guests and staff for the continued support in making our newest location possible," said DeMersseman, who operates Demerorange, Inc. “We look forward to serving the community our delicious chicken fingers, wings, and salads.”

DeMersseman has been a franchisee with Zaxby’s for 23 years. He owns and operates 8 other locations with the brand in North Florida and South Georgia.

His new Zaxby’s incorporates the brand’s new prototype design. It has indoor seating for 55 guests and an expedited drive-thru service with a new, roof-covered double drive-thru layout for quick pay and pickup.
