Fly Dance Fitness believes exercise is a celebration of what our bodies can do. Guests of all fitness levels enjoy epic workout parties seven days a week, from high-intensity hip-hop Throw Down® to strength training in Sculpt classes. 

Franchise History

Stacey Marks and Kari Schroeter met on the dance floor of Fly Dance Fitness in Sarasota in 2017. At the time, both were balancing motherhood and incorporating fitness in their lives wherever they could. They soon started instructing and sharing their love of dancing with a rapidly growing supportive community.
