We bake our own breads, fresh slice our own signature meats and cheeses, and make our deli salads fresh EVERY DAY. The meats are real meats, nothing pre-sliced or stuffed with fillers here. The bread isn’t loaded with preservatives, we bake in-house multiple times a day and our vegetables are sliced and prepared by hand. We have a first bite guarantee, if you’re not sold this is the best sandwich you have ever tasted after the first bite, then we’ll give you your money back. Period.
Franchise HistoryCraig Gandolph, entrepreneur and creative genius behind the Gandolfo's New York Deli Restaurant, grew up in New York and worked in several local delicatessens, where he learned the secrets to creating great deli food. He moved to Utah in 1989 and founded Gandolfo's New York Deli soon afterwards. In 2002, Craig partnered with Dan Pool, formerly, a Division President of Golden Corral Restaurants, restaurant entrepreneur and Gandolfo's New York Deli franchisee.
