Konala (Pronounced: Koe-Nah-Luh) was founded in 2023 by Trace and Jammie Miller with a mission to make healthy eating as delicious and convenient as possible. Named after their two rescued dogs, Kona and Nala, Konala is more than just a business—it’s a reflection of the Millers’ commitment to a fit and healthy lifestyle. Konala’s menu is inspired by high protein meal prep used by fitness gurus. 

Franchise History

Founded by Trace and Jammie Miller, the couple behind Konala. From a young age, Trace experienced the healing powers of whole foods, his mom saved him at a young age by seeking out a nutritional health doctor who transformed a health crisis into a life of vitality. Alongside Jammie, whom he met after coming home from the Army, they built a successful food business with a food truck, later expanding into a restaurant & bar, next they were on a mission to share their passion for nutritious, delicious, healthy meals- and they wanted to bring something that offered these meals fast, so that we could still eat healthy on the go.
