Well-Positioned for Expansive Growth, Altitude Emboldens Franchise Development Team

Leading the charge as a prominent family entertainment brand bringing exhilarating jumps, laughs, and smiles to communities across the country, Altitude Trampoline Park has expanded its leadership team to support its continuous growth while opening parks and signing franchise agreements. Altitude’s bolstered leadership team has honed in on extensive franchise and brand building efforts as they focus on delivering the new standard for family entertainment venues across the U.S.

CEO and Georgia Titan 100 Mike Rotondo, who joined Altitude in 2019, evaluated the brand on numerous levels and has reinvigorated franchising endeavors by introducing a membership program, forming stronger vendor relationships, creating multiple revenue streams, and updating park attractions – all which resulted in driving double-digit sales increases at several participating parks. Rotondo’s priority has also been to strengthen internal leadership as Altitude grows its presence with recently promoted team members Robert Morris in his latest role as Vice President of Development and Amy Phillips as President and Chief Marketing Officer.

Having more than 20 years of experience with family entertainment companies like Andretti Indoor Karting & Games, Kings Dining & Entertainment, Drive Shack, and Dezerland Park, Vice President of Development Robert Morris joined the Altitude team in 2020. He is well versed in sales, marketing, development, and operations, and plays an integral role in developing relationships with vendors, franchisees, and brokers, which has ultimately led the brand to facilitate real estate selection and redevelopments with franchisees and landlords. In his capacity, Morris will continue to provide leadership on park design including site development, construction, real estate, and vendor procurement as well as brand safety and standards.

“I am beyond excited to continue my work at Altitude Trampoline Park in this new role,” said Morris. “We are truly developing a dream team to execute our ambitious growth strategy, and I feel lucky to step into this role during this momentous time for the brand.”

Also joining Altitude in 2020, Amy Phillips’ marketing prowess resulted in many brand achievements such as company changing initiatives with the American Heart Association, the brand’s highly successful membership program, and the creation of a call center to streamline event and party booking. Phillips’ seasoned experience in the international family entertainment industry positions her well to co-lead Altitude’s strategic franchising phase and push the guest experience to unseen new heights.

Along with promoting from within, Altitude has recently welcomed experienced individuals Tom Grieser and Nicholas Doll, who join the Altitude team as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Operations, respectively. Grieser holds extensive proficiency in financial planning and analysis for the restaurant industry. He is driven by heavy involvement in operations and implementing workable changes to various aspects of organizations. Also passionate about operations, Doll brings nearly a decade of franchise knowledge with him from brands such as Raising Cane’s and Cool Dough Development. Together, Doll and Grieser will prove quite valuable in achieving the high-flying results Altitude consistently executes.

“Altitude has been able to establish iselvef as the premier brand in the entertainment park franchising segment, “said Rotondo, “From our team members who joined us years ago to those merging with us now, our leadership team is passionate and ready to set the new standard for active family fun.”
