While no business is completely recession-proof, this industry comes close due to the consistent need for safe, reliable transportation. Providing an essential service also creates meaningful opportunities to serve people during moments when they need help and trust most.

What are some keys to being able to operate multiple franchises at the same time?

Two key factors are learning to delegate effectively and intentionally developing leaders. Investing in people and empowering them to lead well creates a sustainable and healthy organization.
