MUFC 2026 Raises the Bar in Vegas

The 2026 Multi-Unit Franchising Conference, the premier global gathering for multi-unit franchise operators, returned to Caesars Forum in Las Vegas, March 24–27.

More than 2,600 attendees and 350-plus exhibitors filled the venue, creating an environment built for practical learning, networking, and real deal-making. But what continues to set MUFC apart isn't just the scale; it's the audience. These are proven operators already in growth mode, looking for their next opportunity.

That focus showed up throughout the conference. MUFC has long leaned into peer-led education. Franchisees shared what's working inside their businesses, the challenges they're facing, and where they're investing next. The conversations centered on scaling operations, building leadership teams, managing costs, and using technology to improve execution.

Outside the sessions, operators found meaningful connections. The conference creates a unique setting where franchisees can sit down with other franchisees, connect directly with brands seeking growth partners, and engage with vendors offering solutions. These conversations often lead to partnerships, deals, and long-term relationships. For many attendees, MUFC isn't about collecting business cards; it's about having the right conversations with the right people at the right time.

The keynote lineup added another layer of energy and perspective this year. Customer experience expert Brittany Hodak challenged attendees to turn customers into superfans, and Jon Dorenbos, former NFL Pro Bowler and world-class magician, delivered a powerful message on resilience and mindset. Jim Craig, goaltender for the 1980 U.S. Olympic "Miracle on Ice" team, closed with lessons on preparation, teamwork, and stepping up when it matters most. Together, they blended motivation, customer strategy, personal growth, and leadership into a message that resonated well beyond the stage.

The conference also celebrated top-performing franchisees through the annual MVP Awards, recognizing elite operators who continue to raise the bar in growth, innovation, and leadership.

MUFC 2026 delivered insight and perspective while challenging attendees to think bigger about what they're building and how they plan to grow.
