Franchisee To Expand Arthur Murray Florida Footprint

Franchisee Alex Camargo has signed a multi-unit development agreement to open four new Arthur Murray Dance Studio locations across Palm Beach County and Florida's Treasure Coast. Camargo currently owns and operates an Arthur Murray studio in Melbourne.

"Running my studio has been one of the most rewarding things I've ever done," Camargo said. "I've watched students walk in nervous, without dance experience, and a few months later, they're laughing on the dance floor with lifelong friends they've made. I've seen couples get ready for their wedding dance and people find a confidence they didn't know they had. I really want more communities across Florida to have that experience. Palm Beach and the Treasure Coast are full of people who would love to learn to dance, and I knew that if I didn't take this opportunity, someone else would. I can't wait to bring the same passion and care we've built at our studio to every new studio we open."

The deal gives Camargo development rights across Jupiter, Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, West Palm Beach, Wellington, Royal Palm Beach, Port St. Lucie, and Stuart. The first studio is slated to open in the Jupiter or Palm Beach Gardens market with additional studios to follow across the rest of the territory.
