Pancheros Mexican Grill Multi-Unit Operator Opens Newest Restaurant

Steven Majkrzak just added another Pancheros Mexican Grill location to his growing portfolio. His newest restaurant is in Bismarck, North Dakota. He operates another Pancheros in the Bismarck area along with one in Fargo and one in Moorhead, Minnesota. His new location marks the brand’s third restaurant in the Bismarck area.

“The Bismarck community's excitement for the first two restaurants is why we were sold on bringing a third location to the market,” said Majkrzak. “We know that Bismarck loves Pancheros, and we are excited to provide the community with even more opportunities to feed the need for fresh ingredients, flavorful queso, and our signature fresh-pressed tortillas.”

Majkrzak’s new restaurant is the Mexican chain’s first franchisee-operated location to offer a mobile pickup window, making it easier and more convenient than ever for customers to order their favorite entrée on the go.
