Zaxby's Multi-Unit Operator Opens 9th Location

Swamp Dog LLC owner Brad Harper just opened his newest Zaxby’s location in Florida. This will be the ninth location for the long-time operator.

“Our team is thrilled to offer the Lutz community a new restaurant experience with delicious hand-breaded chicken and more,” said Harper. “We are tremendously excited to begin working with the community and to partner with local schools in the area.”

This new location will be Harper’s first in Lutz, Florida. Swamp Dog’s other locations are in the Marion, Pasco, and Hernando Counties, and there are plans to develop more.
